Switch Statement!

I feel like the last Genius Hour block I had was rather productive. While I did get a little bit sidetracked during the end of the block, for the first 70 minutes I was very focused. I learned quite a bit about Switch statements, which I can use to create a menu for my programs and allow them to do different functions. Also, I learnt about pointers, which I don't think I'll need to use unless I decide to use structures in something but its pretty basic and good to know. Some challenges that I faced when trying to create a useless program that would use a switch statement or pointers is my compiler. I had to switch compilers halfway through because one was outdated. Also I was a little tired because I didn't feel to great despite it being the last block of the day and I didn't feel like I did too much. Next week I hope to do some work on structures and get the 2D array to print out properly. The most important thing I learned was to check over my code and check if I was missing a character or a semi-colon before deciding to redo the structure and try again. Overall, April 17th wasn't the most productive day, but I feel like it was still decent considering the circumstances.
